PARTICIPATION MODES AND FEES!

Participation in the İzmir International Music Village will be possible in two ways. Participants can choose between "active participation," where they will actively engage and often individually exchange information with instructors and/or artists, and "passive participation," where they will only observe the training sessions and events without any interaction with the instructors and/or artists.

Active Participation

In this mode, the participant joins a workshop in their area of expertise/interest. The participant actively engages in the training process and has the opportunity to work directly and individually with the instructor. They will actively participate in the Q&A sessions of the seminars, have the chance to collaborate and perform with the artist in masterclasses, and also take an active role in recitals, concerts, and other events with their voice or instrument. For this participation type, the participant must stay at the hotel for at least 4 nights on an all-inclusive basis and attend the training sessions for 5 days. The total fee for the active participant, who benefits from all activities, will be 5,000₺ + VAT (20%). Transportation is the responsibility of the participant, and arrangements for accommodation can be made by contacting the hotel through the communication channels provided above.

Passive Participation

In this mode, the participant is only an observer at the İzmir International Music Village. They will watch the workshops, recitals, concerts, and other events, listen to the seminars, but will not actively participate in any of these activities. The participant is in the role of an "observer." They may stay at the hotel if they wish, or they may enter the hotel daily. Daily entry can be made according to the seminar and/or masterclass days they wish to follow, or it can be made every day throughout the event. They can attend as many days or the entire 5-day event as they wish. The passive participant's fee will be 500₺ + VAT (20%) per day, and the total fee will be calculated based on the number of days attended. Transportation is the responsibility of the participant, and daily entry reservations can be made by contacting the hotel through the communication channels provided above.
